PILATES LESSON NUMBER 1haha will u guys believe it...i took up pilates..(i know fang and manda were trying to make me think tht kick boxing or hip hop or.. i dunno-what is better).
had my first class on mon. to think tht the class was held at 9sm every mon, there were like a huge number of ppl turning up. i'm glad to say tht i did not go alone. dragged mum,joy and nessa along..hehe..
the instructor rattled along abt the different parts of muscle etc...
instructor:and one thing abt breathing in pilates breathe in thru ur nose and breathe out thru ur mouth..(while breathing out, we were suppose to make some "shhhhhhhhhhhh" sound"
today louisa practised at home while reading a book...-breathe in, shhhhhhhhhhhhh, breathe in, shhhhhhhhhhh...................................

hmmm...i am feelin super ultra..(i hate to say this but here i go again) F.A.T..nope jia i didnt get tht lard-depression from u..actualli i feel super *toot* all along..but today jus seen some pic of my old friends...and they are all so not *toot*..and me!!! i got graduation ceremony to attend but i am soooo *toot*...arghhhhh Pilates!!! come to mama!...i am determine to take up some courses tht can help me burn those *toot*... SULK...... =(
